Bookings

Bookings are for the party size and time requested. Tables are held for the length of time shown in your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change. You can cancel online using the link in your confirmation email.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, the amount and terms are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can also pay by bank transfer where offered.

Online orders

Orders are prepared once the kitchen accepts them. Collection and delivery times are estimates. If we can’t accept a paid order, it is refunded in full.

Please tell us about any allergies when booking and again when ordering.
